Tumblers
Refunds and exchanges are not available for health and safety reasons. Damages due to shipping to be resolved between the courier company or post office and buyer.
Wind Spinners
-Personalized items are uniquely crafted for each customer, and therefore, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect or error on our part.
-Defects or errors include, but are not limited to, incorrect personalization, damaged goods upon receipt, or other quality issues.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products:
-In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrectly personalized product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
-We may request photographic evidence of the defect or error to facilitate the return process.
3. Refund or Replacement:
-Upon verification of the defect or error, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund.
-Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
-We will not ask you to ship the defective product back.
Custom Orders
No refunds or exchanges on custom orders unless a mistake is made on our part regarding names or messages. All custom orders will be pre-approved by the buyer before being printed.
